Villa Delilah

Villa Delilah is a 1500 square-foot 6 room penthouse, located  on the Promenade of Ashkelon, with magnificant views overlooking the Marina.  It is the southern-most property on Israel's Mediteranean coast and only 100 feet from the water.   This unique apartment has wrap-around balconies and a private 1500 square-foot rooftop, available for entertaining.  With 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and 4 bathrooms, it is the perfect vacation apartment for a large family or 3 couples.  The apartment comfortably sleeps 10 (mattresses and cots available for 3 additional children.)

 

Enjoy the amazing sunset views from the spacious living room with large windows or from one of three balconies.  The living room has leather couches, comfortable chairs, HOT cable, HDTV (40"), and is ideal for relaxation.  The dining room table can be extended to accomodate 14 people.

 

The fully equipped Kosher kitchen has full amenities (2 ovens, 8 burners, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.)  Shabbat appliances include a hot water urn, plata, and a meat crockpot.  

 

The Game Room offers the most amazing views of the beaches west and south and was designed with family entertainment in mind.  English-language games are available for all to enjoy.  Baby equipment is also available upon request: Pack-and-Play, high chair, stroller.  Sand toys and beach chairs are available.

 

Each bedroom has a closet of linen, towels and pillows.  The hall bathroom has a washer and dryer (detergent provided), there is A/C, central heating and a hot water heater.    2 bedrooms have HDTV, the apartment has WIFI, an iron and a blowdryer.  An underground private parking spot is located adjacent to the elevator.
